For every business you refer, you earn 40 percent of what they pay NemDesk during their first 12 months. Paid monthly, as money or as NemDesk credits, the balance a workspace spends on answered inquiries.
Open to the owner of any NemDesk account. The program is switched on under Affiliates in your dashboard.

- Your dashboard gives you a link and a code. Put the link where your audience already is, marked as advertising.
- They become a customer
- A visitor who allows the cookie stays tied to you for 90 days. Without it, your code still travels to signup for that visit.
- You get paid
- Each commission is approved 30 days after the payment it comes from and paid out monthly, as money or as NemDesk credits.

Payouts start at EUR 50 as money or EUR 20 as credits, and the business you refer gets 25 extra credits once they pay for a plan.

What we ask of you.
- Mark every link as advertising, right beside the link: Reklamelink in Danish, Advertisement in English.
- No unsolicited email or messages. Danish marketing law covers businesses too, and a breach suspends the partnership.
- No bidding on the NemDesk name, no lookalike domains, no coupon sites, no cookie stuffing.
- No referring yourself, your own business, or a business that is already a customer.
- You are an independent partner. You never speak for NemDesk, and the data you collect is yours to protect.

Who can join?
The owner of any NemDesk account. Open Affiliates in your dashboard, accept the terms, and your link is ready.
When does a referral count?
When a business signs up through your link, or types your code at signup, and then pays for a plan. Existing customers and your own accounts never count.
How and when am I paid?
Monthly. A commission is held for 30 days after the payment it comes from, then approved. From EUR 50 of approved balance you can take it as money, from EUR 20 as credits.
What if the customer gets a refund?
The matching commission is cancelled while it is still on hold. If it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
Can I lose commission I have earned?
Not for leaving or for stopping: what you have earned is paid on the normal cycle. A commission is reversed only when the payment behind it is refunded or the referral turns out to break the rules, and while a partnership is suspended its balance waits.
